How to Enable Guild Facilities
1. Talk to Steward Cat inside your Guild Territory.
2. Steward Cat will unlock your Guild Facilities if you have 20 Emperiums in your guild. You will also need to have your guild at level 3.
3. Done! Facility Hall has opened!
4. Find Steward Cat in your Facility Hall.
5. Select which Guild Facility do you want to start building.

6. Done!
Guild Facility Building
1. Talk to the NPC in front of it, and start donating materials. There's a limit to the number of times you can donate to the NPC. This limit is per character. So if you have 2 characters in your guild, both of them can donate to help build the Guild Facility.
2. Once you have donated enough, The NPC will be operational
