- Clock Tower Explorer
- Time Explorer
- Appealing to Time
- Complete the 3 Minstrel Tasks
- Mogarda - time
- Legend of the Werewolf
- Mosman Time
- The Riffle of Time
Once you have completed the Back in Time quests, the Wandering Minstrel Hat Blueprint will be unlocked.
You will now be able to buy the Wandering Minstrel Hat Blueprint in the Tattered Time Pointer store for 32925 Tattered Time Pointers.
