To travel to Amatsu, go to Izlude and talk to Captain Karoo.
Requirement level to go to Amatsu is Level 95. If you are below 95, you can ask help from a friend to Party Teleport you to Amatsu
Don't forget to activate the Portal once you get there.
How to Unlock Engagement Feature
1. Find Hanako in Amatsu
2. After Hanako, head for Aunt Fruit
3. Collect 8 Sakura as part of Aunt Fruit's quest.
4. Find Lovesick Ksitigarbha. Answer its questions correctly.
5. Find Warm Braw Ksitigarbha. Answer its questions correctly
6. Find Sakura Ksitigarbha. Answer its questions correctly.
7. A dried-up Sakura Tree will appear. "Read Silently" next to it. Once completed, the tree will transform to a beautiful Sakura Tree
By this time, you should be able to acquire 3 Blessings. One from each of the Ksitigarbha that you encountered.
8. Head back to Hanako. And complete your quest.
