Its not Day 5, the final day, of the Universe Savior quest. If you haven't done Day 4, you can go here.

DAY 5

1. Go to Kordt Forest and find Madoka Daigo

2. Head to Prontera South Gate. Defeat the Evil Baltan then talk to Madoka Daigo.

• Who is that? Hollgrehenn

3. Find Hollgrehenn in Prontera.

4. Bring him 30x Steel

5. Talk to three kids in Prontera. Get the following items from them: Apple, Stuffed Bear, and Ribbon.

6. Return to Hollgrehenn. Then Return to Madoka Daigo.
7. Give Madoka Daigo the lens.

8. Talk to Ultraman Tiga

9. Return to Ultraman Orb in Prontera.

10. Claim your reward.

11. Done!

DAY 4

1. Go to Al De Baran and find Madoka Daigo

• Who else could steal my Spark Lens: Alien Baltan

2. Head to Kordt Forest

3. Investigate on the Ancient Ruins

4. Talk to Ancient Stele, then with Madoka Daigo

5. Follow Madoka Daigo

6. Cut some Thorns thats in the way.

7. Draw some Lake Water and Pour it near the Ancient Ruins 

8. Talk to Guardian of the Kobold Lens

• What will you do with this power? Protect the People

9. Talk to Madoka Daigo
10. Claim your reward.

Unlocking: Royal Insignia Collector: Devil Wing (Glast Heim Terminator)

In order to unlock the Devil Wing blueprint from the Creste's Royal Shop, you will need to complete the Glast Heim Terminator Quest. This is composed of multiple quests that will unlock several headgears and achievements. Below is the breakdown of  the quest

There is no particular order on how to do these quests. You can complete them in any order that you want. Once you have completed all the quests, you will unlock the Devil Wing Blueprint

Done! You can now purchase the Devil Wing Blueprint from the Creste's Royal Medal Shop for 30000 medals.

PERSONAL NOTE

Most of the quests needed to unlock this item, I have already posted here. You can see their links above. For the Glast Heim Fog, I wasn't able to categorize which quests falls into which category. I just went through all the Glast Heim collection quests until I have unlocked the Glast Heim Fog achievement. As long as you complete all the collection quests, you should be fine. 

You will also realize that once you unlock the Devil Wing blueprint, everything from the Creste's Royal Shop would also be unlocked. heh.

PERSONAL SUGGESTIONS

• Start Collecting Black Wings. You will need 450x Black Wings in order to craft the Devil Wing. Read this to help you get your Black Wings.
• Start with the Test of Antiquity (or SMVP) quest immediately. Its a 4 week long quest. You will understand once you read the link above.
• Fate Card Quest and Life Sword Quest are on the same map. You can do them both at the same time. 
• Mimos' Robe Quest and Invisible Arrow Quest are on the same map. You can do them both at the same time. 
• All A Strange Enemy quests require green stamina.
• If you are lost with your quest, you can consult your Adventure Handbook
• Adventure Handbook > Personal Resume (2nd the bottom tab) > Story Quest
