Tattered Time Pointer : Unlocking Cuckoo Blueprint

In order to unlock the Cuckoo Blueprint, you will need to complete the A Strange Enemy - Clock Tower quests. This consists of 2 Collection quests that you do while inside Clock Tower 1F and Clock Tower 2F

A STRANGE ENEMY - CLOCK TOWER

• Time Roulette
• Star Crystal

Once you have completed the A Strange Enemy - Clock Tower quests, the Cuckoo Blueprint will be unlocked.

You will now be able to buy the Cuckoo Blueprint in the Tattered Time Pointer store for 7502 Tattered Time Pointers.

Collection : A Strange Enemy - Clock Tower : Star Crystal

Level Requirement: ?? (not sure, I took this quest at Level 90)
Location: Clock Tower 2F

STAR CRYSTAL

1. Find and defeat the 5 special Elder monsters in Clock Tower 2F. They are located in these locations:

Book of Shadows

King of Beasts

Possessed Monk

Undying Scribe

Gray-robed Warlock 

2. Each one of them will drop a certain Quest item. You need to collect several of them for this quest. It is also advisable to do this while you have green stamina.

12x Cipher Disk Shard

15x Blue Cloth

18x Tattered Skull

20x Gold Blade

3. Once you have collected everything, head to the Clock Tower 2F entrance and talk to Naru, Other World Investigator

4. He will exchange your quest items to the following Collectible items:

Gold Scythe

Blue Cap

Alchemy Stone

Skull Pendate

Caesar Plate

5. Place everything in your Handbook.
6. Once all 5 are in your Handbook, talk to Naru. He will give you the Star Crystal Collectible.

7. Place it in your Handbook.
8. Done!

TIME ROULETTE

1. Find and defeat the 6 special Black Witch in Clock Tower 1F. They are located in these locations:

Time Sorceress - Period

Time Sorceress - Century

Time Sorceress - Season

Time Sorceress - Day

Time Sorceress - Time

Time Sorceress - Moment

2. Each one of them will drop a certain Quest Item. You will need 10 of each. It is also advisable to do this while you have green stamina.

10x Witch Imprint - Second

10x Witch Imprint - Minute

10x Witch Imprint - Hour

10x Witch Imprint - Day

10x Witch Imprint - Month

10x Witch Imprint - Year

3. Once you have collected everything, head to the Clock Tower 1F entrance and talk to Nordwin, Time Scholar

4. He will exchange your quest items to the following Collectible Items:

Time Shard - Second

Time Shard - Minute

Time Shard - Hour

Time Shard - Day

Time Shard - Month

Time Shard - Year

5. Place everything in your Handbook.
6. Once all 6 are in your Handbook, talk to Nordwin. He will give you the Time Roulette Collectible.

7. Place it in your handbook.
8. Done!
