3. Accept the Letter.

4. Deliver the letter to Raleigh

5. Talk to Raleigh
6. Confront Sander.

7. Defeat Sander.
8. Get your last reward. Ollie's Lucky Giftbox and Piglet Doll Hat Blueprint

9. Done!
