Think of it as a Blue Potion that you automatically consume when your SP goes below 30%. This is perfect for classes that doesn't have enough SP recovery but is skill intensive. Like a farming WS or Bash Lord Knight.
GETTING SP DISCHARGE
1. Buy any Primary Ingredient. If you have zenny, get 999.
2. Cook a No-Star food that uses your Primary Ingredient. Again, if you can, cook 999.
3. Consume them all at the same time.
4. Done! Once you have consumed them, you should get some SP Discharge values. This happens because any unfinished food buff gets transformed into SP Discharge when you consume a new set of food. Since you consumed 999, those 993 that you consumed will be converted into SP Discharge.
5. Done!
