Quest Name: Save Roger
Location: Al De Baran

1. Talk to Flea in Al De Baran.

2. Collect 80 Borax Water from Elder in Clock Tower 2F

3. Return to Flea and unlock Abandoned Church

4. Find Rogers in Clock Tower 1F until you find Little Sparker.
5. Unlock Corridor of Starry Nights and talk to Little Sparker.

6. Go to the Clock Tower 2F and pick up the Roger's Feather Bonnet at the center. 

7. Solve the 3 Gadgets

• Hour Hand of Sundial : VI
• Minute Hand of Sundial : VI
• Second Hand of Sundial : XII

8. Unlock Reverse Spinning Astrolabe then talk to Sundial

9. Collect 90 Clock Part(s) from Alarm

10. Return to Sundial and unlock Stele of Ancient Language

11. Find and Defeat the True Cat Pirate (Clock Tower 1F)

12. Return to Sundial and unlock Divining Platform

13. Give Sundial 1 Fooling Laser Gun

14. Place the Gears in the correct order.

• Click 9 o'clock
• Click 6 o'clock
• Click 11 o'clock

15. Unlock Stopped Antique Clock and talk to Solar Chamber Entrance.

16. Talk to Roger and unlock Cloister of Time.

17. Done!

EVENT : Song From Memory

To start the Song From Memory quest, head to Prontera.

1. Talk to Music-Loving Terry

2. Talk to the Amnesiac Singer / Stefanie

• I think her name was... ARIEL

3. Talk to Ariel and accept the Memory Compass

4. The Compass with point to Geffen. Talk to Stefanie to be teleported to Geffen.
5. Talk to Van Houten, Dancer.

6. Head to the Goblin Forest. Collect 10 Silver Armor from Scavenger Goblins.

7. Listen to Van Houten and Stefanie

• My Dear Van Houten... is so Lonely
• Show me to dance... until it's over
• Forget this world... and it's satisfaction.

8. Talk to Stefanie and watch her memory.
9. The Compass will point to Izlude. Talk to Stefanie to be teleported to Izlude. 

10. Talk to Stefanie. She's wearing a red dress now.

11. Find and Talk to Lobelin

12. Follow Lobelin. Then talk to Katrina

• Desert
• Murphy

13. Avoid the Housekeepers and head to the Airship.

14. Explain to Katrina. 

15. Talk to Stefanie and watch her memory.
16. The compass will point to Morroc. Talk to Stefanie to be teleported to Morroc.
17. Talk to the boy and girl: Moor and Hayley

18. Investigate Moor.

19. Talk to Stefanie and watch her memory.
20. Done... for now.

I'm not really sure if this is an event quest. Or when the part 2 is. But it does give you some nice loots, so I think its fine taking the quest. All your characters can take the quest. Its not the standard 1 per account quest.
