Collectible : Heart of Wormtail

Level Requirement: ?? (not sure, i took this at level 102. But this should be available as low level quest)
Location: Prontera North

HEART OF WORMTAIL

1. Pick up the shiny object in Prontera North. They are indicated as yellow stars in the map.

2. Once you collected all three, place them in your Handbook.

3. Find and talk to Christian.

4. Enter the Mystical Portal.

5. Defeat and talk to Wormtail King.

6. Return to Christian. You will receive the Heart of Wormtail. Place it in your Handbook.

7. Done!

QUEST BUG

While doing this quest, i encountered some game bug where I cant pick up the Faded Earth Spirit item. I dont really know how to fix it but reddit advised to retry doing it from time to time. I was able to succeed after my 4th try I think. 

EVENT : Unwelcome Guest

Unwelcome Guest is the 4th event of the Kafra Co. Labor's Day event.

RESTRICTIONS

• Strictly One Character per account. Choose your main one.
• Event Duration is from May 9, 2019 up to May 16, 2019

UNWELCOME GUEST

1. Look for Clarice in Prontera

2. She will teleport you to Prontera North.
3. Defeat all the Kafra Farm Invader in the Kafra Farm.

• Make sure that you don't hit the other Kafra Monsters. 

4. Once completed, you will be teleported back to Prontera.
5. Talk to Clarice to claim your reward for the day.

6. Done. Return again tomorrow.

Headgear : Fox King's Smiling Face[1]

Requirement:

• Level 95

Unlocking Fox King's Smiling Face[1]

1. Go to Amatsu

2. Talk to Taro Hatori

3. Investigate the middle area.

4. Talk to Ida Hideaki

5. Defeat 4 Sakura Sohee

6. Talk to Bread Buying Ksitigarbha

7. Find Morgan in disguise.

8. Talk to Morgan on the bridge.

9. Head to Payon to buy a Jar of Good Wine from Boss of Bamboo Tavern

10. Talk to Matchmaker, then to Staff of Commander-in-chief

11. Defeat the Spooky Ghost. Then talk to the Soul of Mysterious Woman.

12. Go back to Staff of Commander-in-Chief. Then go back to Matchmaker.

13. Return to Amatsu and Find Morgan

14. Find Morgan again, this time under a Sakura Tree

15. Find Morgan's Book on the floor.

16. Find Morgan. Join him in Peeking at Yovoko's Bathe

17. Transform into a cat and Attract Nazinosuke's attention.

18. Go back to Morgan. Then go back to Ida Hideaki.

19. Collect 10 Syrup of Sakura Tree

20. Return to Ida Hideaki. Then give Morgan a fake Gesture Scroll

21. Talk to Ida Chiyoko

22.  Talk to Female Morgan, then buy Sakura Nama Yatsuhashi from Kashi Grandma

23. "Drive Away" the other customers. Then get the Sakura Nama from Kashi Grandma

24. Give Sakura Kashi to Ida Chiyoko.

25. Answer Ida Chiyoko's Questions

• First Question's Answer: Five
• Second Question's Answer: 19

26. Defeat all 4 Spirit Fires then talk to Ida Chiyoko. 

27. Talk to Female Morgan then return to Ida Hideaki

28 Find and defeat Paper Shikigami. I believe there are a lot of them in the map. Here's the one I found.

29. Return to Ida Hideaki. Then talk to Morgan. Defeat him in rock-paper-scissors.

30. Talk to Ida Chiyoko. Then head to Prontera North to collect Sticky Rice.

31. Return to Ida Chiyoko. Collect Spring Water from the Shrine.

32. Select the Unknown Object nearest to Female Morgan

33. Talk to Ida Hideaki and Ida Chiyoko. Use charm to summon Ghost Escort

34. Defeat all Kawakura Ghost Escort. Then talk to Sakura 

35. Defeat Underlord Specter

36. Done! 

Fox King's Smiling Face[1]

Item can be bought from the Amatsu Smile Assistance NPC for 2329 Eden Coins.

Bonus

Somewhere during the quest, I also got this item. Don't forget to put it in your Handbook.
