Minstrel Quest - Glast Heim - Belmond Ellen

This Minstrel has a slightly different quest setup compared to previous Minstrels. 

Each quest requires you three steps.

1. Belmond Ellen will ask you 3 questions. You have to answer them all correctly.
2. Retrieve the Quest Item needed by killing specific monsters. These items are not available for purchase at the Exchange
3. First item requirement. This time, they are available at the exchange.
4. Complete another task from Belmond Ellen

After which, you will finish the quest and unlock items / equipment.
