Unlocking: Royal Insignia Collector: Skull Cap (Fate Card Quest)

In order to unlock Skull Cap[1] Blueprint from the Creste's Royal Medal shop, you will need to complete the Fate Card Quest. There is no NPC to initiate this quest. You just need to collect the following items from the special Joker monsters in Glast Heim Hall.

Level Requirement: Level 80

Quest Items you need to collect:

1. 30x Broken Sword from Joker - Sword

2. 20x Dirty Coin from Joker - Star Coin

3. 20x Broken Gold Cup from Joker - Holy Grail

4. 20x Bloody Mace from Joker - Scepter

Once you completed all the Quest Items, you can go to Worth Collector NPC found at the entrance of the Glast Heim Hall.

*Quest Items can be found inside your Quest Bag.

Worth Collector will exchange your quest items to Collectible Items. This will be visible in your Bag.

Star Coin from 20x Dirty Coin

Holy Grail from 20x Broken Gold Cup

Sword from 30x Broken Sword

Put everything inside the Handbook.

Once all 4 items are inside the Handbook, talk to Worth Collector again and he will give you the Fate Card item. This will also unlock the Skull Cap[1] Blueprint

Done! You can purchase the recipe from the Creste's Royal Medal Shop for 5000 medals.

You can get the medals by killing monsters anywhere in Glast Heim maps.
